Cancellation Policy
FIA Group Online Booking & Consultation Policy Fundraising and Impact Architecture Group Limited (FIA Group) Doing Business As (DBA), Fundraising and Impact Architecture Group provides complimentary consultation bookings to help organizations, community groups, businesses, and leaders identify the most appropriate next steps based on their current needs, goals, and priorities. T Available Complimentary Consultation Options Consultation Terms All consultation bookings are offered free of charge and are intended solely for informational, planning, and exploratory purposes. Participation in a consultation does not establish a client relationship, consulting agreement, partnership, or guarantee of future services. All consultations are conducted virtually unless otherwise requested, discussed, and mutually agreed upon by both FIA Group and the booking organization. Any in-person meeting arrangements must be confirmed in advance. Clients may cancel or reschedule their consultation with at least two (2) hours' notice whenever possible. While FIA Group reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify consultations at its discretion, we will make every reasonable effort to provide advance notice and, where feasible, no less than two (2) hours before the scheduled appointment. Accessibility & Language Support FIA Group is committed to creating welcoming, equitable, and accessible consultation experiences. Language accommodation requests are welcomed, and we will make reasonable efforts to provide support whenever possible based on availability and practical considerations. By booking a consultation with FIA Group, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
