Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment to Accessibility

The Fundraising and Impact Architecture Group is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards. We believe our services, digital content, and opportunities should be available to everyone. This includes our employees, clients, vendors, contractors, freelancers, volunteers, newsletter readers, and training participants.

Beyond our website, we strive to maintain accessibility and provide reasonable accommodations across all our operations—including language, literacy, visual, and hearing support, wherever possible.

Conformance Status and Technical Measures

We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG 2.1 guidelines and have made the site accessible to the level of AA.

This site's contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use. As part of this effort, we have also implemented the following measures:

  • Used an Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues

  • Set the correct digital language of the site

  • Maintained a logical content order for all site pages

  • Defined clear, hierarchical heading structures across the site

  • Added descriptive alternative text to images

  • Implemented color combinations that meet the required contrast ratios

  • Reduced the use of unnecessary motion and animations

  • Ensured website videos, audio, and downloadable files are accessible

Practical Accommodations We Provide

To support our community, we implement the following physical and digital operational practices:

  • Meeting Flexibility: We offer both in-person and virtual meetings tailored to meet the specific sensory, physical, or language needs of our clients and partners.

  • Training Materials: We provide training documents and resources during or after sessions in alternative formats upon request.

  • Multimodal Support: We actively work to address barriers related to language, literacy, vision, and hearing across our programs, donations, and coupon distributions.

Limitations and Barriers

While we aim to accommodate every need, we recognize that we may not be able to meet every request immediately. Some accommodations may be pending or unavailable due to current organizational capacity, funding constraints, or technical barriers. We are committed to transparency and will work with you to find alternative solutions when a specific request cannot be fulfilled.

Legal Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Fundraising and Impact Architecture Group provides this website, training, and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. By utilizing our website, services, trainings, newsletters, or donated materials, you acknowledge that while we make good-faith efforts to provide an accessible experience, technical, financial, or logistical barriers may exist.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the owner, organization, employees, and contractors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any claims arising out of an inability to access or use our digital platforms, materials, or services. We do not guarantee that all accessibility requests can or will be met, and your use of these services constitutes a waiver of liability regarding accessibility non-compliance.
